Summary: Publix Super Markets has acquired a seven-property grocery-anchored portfolio for $223.85 million, including the Gladiolus Gateway shopping center in Fort Myers. SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler brokered $26 million in conservation easements across 7,000 acres, while New Jersey firms purchased an industrial building in Tampa for $2.6 million. In Sarasota, the county secured a conservation easement on 656 acres of Longino Ranch for $2.89 million, and 7-Eleven is building a new store in Venice. A storage facility is also planned for Bradenton following a $1.35 million land purchase.
